I’ve lived in Central Florida my entire life, so I know the area’s growth, neighborhoods, and opportunities firsthand. Along with being a Realtor at eXp Realty, I also work in commercial construction for one of the region’s leading general contractors. I manage projects from the ground up, from site work and permitting to subcontractor coordination and final delivery, which gives me a unique perspective when it comes to real estate. I understand not just what makes a property look good, but what makes it solid and valuable long-term.
